Deaerator Storage Tank Level & Deaerator Pressure Control Using Soft Computing

چکیده

AbstractDeaerator is normally used in Chemical Industries, Process Industries, Power Plants and in Paper and Pulp Industries. The oxygen in the boiler feed water is the main reason of boiler corrosion. Oxygen corrosion is one of the biggest dangers of boiler. The function of the deaerator is to remove the dissolved oxygen from the boiler feed water before entering into boiler .The removal of dissolved oxygen from the water is said to be deoxidization. The deoxidization system with a nonlinear structure is characterized by multi-input multi-output and its level and pressure is strongly coupled. The pressure and level must be kept steady to get rid of oxygen in water effectively. Due to its non-linearity and strong coupling the requirements are almost unreachable when the ordinary PID control scheme is applied. Intelligent method is required.
